If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@shopintimita.com (you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order). You paid for a functional product, and that is what you will receive. We ask that you provide a photo of the damaged item along with your proof of purchase. Our team will quickly assess the situation and work diligently to ensure that you receive a functional product.
